Killing Off Dark Shadows?
A Funny Poem By Sunsetter

Sci-Fi is taking away our most beloved show. They said it was time for Dark Shadows to go. The executives stated that the contract was up. Deciding to give their audiences a new line-up. With brand new shows, not old like Dark Shadows. Shows that are dumb, like the Scare Tactics show. Don't they realize what they are doing to us fans? Pulling the plug even before Catherine gets her man? And what is the secret behind the Collinwood lottery? And will Kendrick fall in love with sweet, pure Melanie? And will Daphne get better after she becomes very ill? And will Bramwell take care of her, and love her still? These are the thoughts that keep racing around my head. Are the Sci-Fi exectutives's heads full of money and lead? No, Sci-Fi has decided not to have DS run it's course. Yes, the Sci-Fi exectutives have no regrets or remorse. But Dark Shadows won't be killed off, by their mistake. Barnabas has been alerted, he will be bringing a stake. Willie will be beside him, with a big mallet in his hand. Killing off Dark Shadows? It's the best show in the land! Then us fans will come to the executive's with some cement. Behind a bricked wall, reading to them the story, "Lament". Then we'll laugh, as we hear the cockroaches scurry about. When they promise to give us our DS, we may let them out. |
