Nighttime Sky Planets glowing~ Mars is red I wonder what thoughts are in your head I look above with gaze so sure your heart unblemished ever pure Venus there, the evening star Voyage back to me from far Stars abound, some shooting by My hearts been broken ~ I saw you cry The moon is full and oh so bright I'd relinquish all to have you in sight A cloud strays across and douses its glow You ~ my memory, from long ago~ |

Midnight Musing Looking at you there standing wavering candles glow I marvel what you remember I wonder on the unspoken~ you hope to forget The semblance of a man Bearing secrets more deadly I am wiser for knowing But no better~ hopeless dominion time There is power in your gaze and yet gentle pervasive soul Beneath the devastation Behind madness wrath My desperation fancies Love for myself If it lies entombed Who could say for sure Dimensions you have seen I Ching grasp Verily materialize before There, then back anew I have followed when I could Judge me only loyal Acknowledge me~ earnest Forever at your side. |

Gothic Autumn Gothic gloom and mournful dread Thoughts of places people dead Yesteryear the sky was bright Now plunged in the fall of night The leaves are now drifted away Underfoot and scattered stray My hopes are dim, my heart I cry I'd give my tomorrows to hear your sigh The soul goes on of that I'm sure But only if its core is pure What chance have I of traveling on The past is calling, ever long I can't make right what's languished gone Though I'm searching ever long Spiritless wretch with shameful strain With no one but myself to blame. |

Darkness Rule Darkness rule itself is holding fast Remember crimes of other nights are past I don't intend to cause the pain I bring The kind of love I give will leave a sting Don't linger on once I set you free A moment's chance to flee is all you'll see I'm tempted to take you down, souls entwined I'd love to make you once forever mine Overlord of dark pursuits I am alone To keep you at my side, my tempting soul ~ Pureness of light attracts my gaze The antithesis of my demented haze So leave me now my prey so pure But before you go I bid you sure Beware of creatures dark as I Your innocence a drug that makes us fly. |
